Our yoga room also has a UV Air Treatment System that uses Ultraviolet light to kill bacteria, viruses, mold and germs while it deodorizes the air. Our Sarasota Hot Yoga classes are done in a Far-Infrared Heated Room(100-105 degrees) to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout and cleanse the body by flushing toxins. We are committed to using the best new technologies to improve the experience of our students. Our 60 min class offerings deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body.
